Join Jennifer Grubba and LTY during Veteran's Gratitude Week (Nov. 2-12) on Monday, November 12th at 7 pm as we host a donation-based yoga class to benefit the Veterans Yoga Project. Veterans Gratitude Week is about supporting healthy and mindful living. Yoga is a wonderful tool for post-traumatic stress but it is also an incredible tool for anyone who wants a more engaged and present mindset for a healthy life. Yoga also fosters community. Mindful movement and human connection lead to post-traumatic growth. Hosting and supporting the Veterans Yoga Project isn’t supporting war. It is supporting all those impacted by war.
