Each 60 minute class will include a cup of calming tea, essential oils, journaling our next day's to do lists and gratitudes, calming breathing techniques, slow yoga and meditation.
Wear your pj's (totally serious!), put on your slippers and come to this Bedtime Yoga series! You will be all ready to jump into your cozy bed when you get home. Nighty night!
To Bring: journal and pen, favorite soft blanket (optional)
