Bedtime Yoga 4 Week Series


This class is taught by:
Your nighttime habits influence the quality of your sleep. A successful transition to sleep includes these four elements : tea, journaling, yoga, and meditation. In our 4 week Bedtime Yoga Series led by Shannon Brendel we will incorporate all four practices.

Each 60 minute class will include a cup of calming tea, essential oils, journaling our next day's to do lists and gratitudes, calming breathing techniques, slow yoga and meditation.

Wear your pj's (totally serious!), put on your slippers and come to this Bedtime Yoga series! You will be all ready to jump into your cozy bed when you get home. Nighty night!

To Bring: journal and pen, favorite soft blanket (optional)
To Wear: pj's, optional but encouraged!

Tea and essential oils provided.
