This fusion class combines the muscle sculpting benefits of Pilates with a variety of yoga postures designed to build greater flexibility. Target specific muscle groups while enjoying a deep stretch.
75 Minute Gentle Flow + Restorative
This is a great class to recharge the body and calm the nervous system in preparation for the week ahead. The first part of practice will emphasize a gentle flow yoga, warming up the body. The last half of practice will be geared toward a restorative practice, where props will be used to support longer pose holds, inviting the body to relax and release tension stored in the physical, emotional and energetic bodies (all levels welcome).
Gentle Flow Yoga
A slower pace and simple yoga breathing exercises make this class a great place to learn basic poses and become comfortable on the mat. This practice brings balance and ultimately, overall health and well-being back to the consistent practitioner.
