Nicole Christianson instructs the following:
  • Gentle Flow Yoga
  • A slower pace and simple yoga breathing exercises make this class a great place to learn basic poses and become comfortable on the mat. This practice brings balance and ultimately, overall health and well-being back to the consistent practitioner.

  • TRUE Barre
  • If you are wanting to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility, agility and motor control in a fun yet challenging workout, Pure Barre is the class for you. Designed to tone and define those long lean lines you have always wanted with small, precise isolated movements and low impact. Beginning with a dynamic warm up followed by upper body sculpting, toning of thighs and lifting of the seat(at the barre), flattening of the abs and cool down and stretching to finish. No dance experience necessary and all age appropriate.

  • Vinyasa Flow
  • Link between breath and movement through sun salutations and postures. Increases strength , endurance, flexibility, and balance. Vinyasa is best if you are physically active, comfortable with basic poses, and appreciate a healthy sweat.

  • Turkey Burn Barre and Food Drive
  • Join Nicole on Thanksgiving morning for LTY's Turkey Burn Barre class! Come move, sweat, and feel the burn before the bird in this special Barre Express class! 
    Please bring non-perishable food items or cash donations to support our food drive. All donations will be given to the Hanover Food Shelf. 

  • Gratitude Yoga & Food Drive
  • As the holiday season approaches, feelings of gratitude warm our hearts and encourage us to give help to those in need. Live True Yoga invites you to give back to the community by joining us on a morning of wellness. All donations will go to the Hanover Food Shelf and can include non-perishable food items such as canned goods, peanut butter, jelly, cereal and pasta. Cash donations are welcome too. Treat yourself to a rejuvenating yoga class led by Nicole Christianson.

  • Live True Yoga's Barre class utilizes targeted isometric movements to tone and engage muscle groups one at a time. Each class is full of fun, energetic music and the instructors at Live True Yoga aim to create an encouraging and empowering environment.
