  • TRUE Barre
  • If you are wanting to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility, agility and motor control in a fun yet challenging workout, Pure Barre is the class for you. Designed to tone and define those long lean lines you have always wanted with small, precise isolated movements and low impact. Beginning with a dynamic warm up followed by upper body sculpting, toning of thighs and lifting of the seat(at the barre), flattening of the abs and cool down and stretching to finish. No dance experience necessary and all age appropriate.

  • Vinyasa Flow
  • Link between breath and movement through sun salutations and postures. Increases strength , endurance, flexibility, and balance. Vinyasa is best if you are physically active, comfortable with basic poses, and appreciate a healthy sweat.

  • CARDIO BARRE & HIIT TRAINING-4 Week Session
  • CARDIO BARRE and HIIT TRAINING-4 WEEK SESSION 
     
    Fire up your fitness. Rev up your intention. Blast through your comfort zone, banish doubt and prove that you’re one powerful individual through strength training, cardio barre and some high intensity interval training (HIIT).
     
    Included in this will be a private FACEBOOK Accountability group where there will be daily inspiration, weekly recipe's, and Q and A sessions to help you reach your fitness goals.
     
    There will be a ACCOUNTABILITY challenge and the individual who wins this challenge will receive a 60 minute massage from Saint Michael Massage and Bodywork plus 25% off any retail item at LTY!

  • If you are wanting to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility, agility and motor control in a fun yet challenging workout, True Barre is the class for you. Designed to tone and define those long lean lines you have always wanted with small, precise isolated movements and low impact. Beginning with a dynamic warm up followed by upper body sculpting, toning of thighs and lifting of the seat(at the barre), flattening of the abs and cool down and stretching to finish. No dance experience necessary and all age appropriate.

  • Gentle Flow Yoga
  • A slower pace and simple yoga breathing exercises make this class a great place to learn basic poses and become comfortable on the mat. This practice brings balance and ultimately, overall health and well-being back to the consistent practitioner.

  • Beginner's Yoga Class
  • Join Nicole Christianson for a Beginner's Yoga class at LTY! This class is designed for students who are beginners and will give new students at Live True Yoga the opportunity to learn the basics of yoga and yoga etiquette. This 90 minute session will help students get comfortable with the most common yoga poses offered in a regular LTY class. After taking the Beginners Yoga Class you will feel more confident starting your yoga practice. Mats and blocks will be provided.
     

    Cost: $15/person
