Goodbye Summer. Hello Autumn. Live True Yoga October Newsletter

WOW! September has been a pretty incredible month! Between the 108 Sun Salutations Workshop, Expansion Party Weekend, and Live Tru-athlon we packed the studio! On our Expansion Party night, we had more than 70 people join us! We celebrated the community members that support our studio and our amazing teachers that inspire us and guide us along our personal journeys. Thank you again for celebrating our community!

As I reflect on our recent expansion, I think it is important to communicate our vision. The mission has always been to expand our presence in the community and strengthen the connections with our existing clients. The instructors at Live True Yoga have two important things in common: we are all deeply passionate about yoga, and we all took unique paths to discovering that passion. Our studio certainly reflects that diversity: all our classes come with an innate understanding that everyone turns to yoga for different reasons. With that in mind, the staff goes to great lengths to create a warm, inviting, and safe environment. We hope you continue to experience that at our studio.

Our workshops continue to evolve, so make sure to
check out our upcoming events below. Again, beginning in January of 2017, Live True Yoga will launch its FIRST ever 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program! The program will include several guest speakers, including LA based and highly respected yoga teacher Alexandria Crow. We will be offering three FREE informational Teacher Training sessions in the upcoming months (details listed below).

As we change seasons, it can take time to feel balanced and grounded. Remember how important a 60 minute yoga practice can allow the body, mind, and nerves to rest. Take time for yourself this Fall. It is essential to your health and well-being.
I promise, there will be no regrets.
