Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

The richness of this eggless chocolate cake would make you think it had eggs! Serve this easy cake with your favorite icing or powdered sugar and fresh fruit.

INGREDIENT

– 1½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup sugar – 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 1 tablespoon white vinegar – 6 tablespoons melted butter or shortening – 1 cup warm water

INSTRUCTION

Pre-heat the oven to 350. Grease and flour an 8-inch cake pan. Set aside. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a large basin.

Step 1

Stir in vanilla, vinegar, melted butter, and warm water. Prepare cake pan and pour batter. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30–35 minutes.
