Sweet And Savory Club Sandwich Recipe

Anyone else anticipates Thanksgiving leftovers more than the meal? As kids, our parents seemed to be masters at repurposing leftovers into new meals. I mean, eating Thanksgiving dinner twice is fun, but making something new? Much better.

– 4 slices bacon – 1 teaspoon honey – 2 teaspoons brown sugar – 1 cup cranberrie – 3 tablespoons sugar – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – 3 slices white bread – ½ cup spinach – 4 slices tomato on-the-vine – 2 slices Swiss cheese – 3 slices sliced turkey

The oven should be preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Using aluminum foil, line a baking sheet.
